When you create an account we ask for an email address, a display name, your date of birth, and your country. During gameplay we log session length, scores, and game progress. When you visit the site we collect standard technical data — IP address, browser type, device, pages visited.
Account data runs the game and verifies your age. Gameplay data powers the leaderboard and helps us balance the game. Technical data keeps the site secure and helps us fix problems. We don't sell your data. We don't build ad profiles from it. We don't share it with data brokers.
Contract — account and gameplay data are needed to provide the service. Legitimate interest — technical data helps with security and performance. Consent — analytics cookies only run if you opt in.
Data is stored on servers in New Zealand and Australia. We use TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest. Access is restricted to authorized team members. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Active account data stays as long as your account exists. Delete your account and we remove personal data within 30 days. Anonymized gameplay stats may stick around indefinitely for game-balance purposes. Server logs auto-delete after 90 days.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data. You can object to processing or request a portable copy. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.
This game is for people 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If we find out a minor has an account, we delete it immediately. If you think a minor has signed up, let us know.
We use a small number of third-party services — hosting, email delivery, and analytics (only with your consent). Each one is bound by a data-processing agreement. We don't share data with ad networks or social media platforms.
We may update this policy. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. For anything major, we'll email registered users. Using the site after a change means you accept the update.
